  I think I will try this. I am always looking for something different to change up my workouts.

  I have a small table that I need to paint to match the couch my sister is giving me. The couch is gray with chaise at one end. I like the colors of this table, in fact my table looks similar to this one. It came from my mom's estate. I took several pieces that are real wood and old. They all need to be painted.

I had a biopsy yesterday I need some comfort food. No riding for a few days. Let's eat!   Ingredients Ingredient Checklist 2 tablespoons butter ¼ cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups milk ¾ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon dry mustard ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 (8 ounce) package processed American cheese, cut into strips Directions Instructions Checklist Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Step 2 Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion for 2 minutes. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk, salt, mustard and pepper; cook, stirring frequently, until mixture boils and thickens. Step 3 Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Out on the trail  taking in the day while the weather is decent. I love the fact I have these trails out behind the barn can't beat the view. This was last week while the sun was out. The leaves have fallen quite a bit more since the last time I was down here which was only a few days prior.
